Muscle Toning Class

Build a stronger, healthier body using light weights, bands, and fitness balls to strengthen, tone, and firm muscles. Meets twice a week.

$55 for eight, one-hour sessions
Mondays and Wednesdays – 5:15 to 6:15 P.M.

Simple Yoga

Gain strength and flexibility using modified yoga poses that accommodate beginners and those with physical limitations. Meets once a week.

$72 for eight, one-hour sessions
Wednesdays – 1:30 to 2:30 P.M.

Yoga

Combine stretching exercises with deep breathing and meditation. Experience increased energy, relaxation, flexibility, and strength. Meets once a week.

H.E.A.T. Healthy Eating and Training

Work out with a personal trainer and work on a healthy eating routine at the same time. People have the option of using one to two nutritional meal replacement supplements a day to facilitate weight loss or maintenance.
*Cost of supplement is extra.

Body Age Fitness Training

Discover your true fitness age by having you muscular strength, flexibility, body fat, and cardiovascular endurance tested. You receive a full written report on your fitness status and counseling on a 3 month fitness plan to your fitness goals.

Need help losing weight or just want a solid plan for health and weight maintenance? This consult will leave you with a 3-month fitness and nutrition plan individually geared to reach your health goals.
