Build a strong, fit body that will take you through your long days with less fatigue and more energy. In Muscle Toning exercise classes you will do a full-body strengthening routine designed to increase muscle mass and tone.

Yoga and Simple Yoga
Looking for long, sleek, toned muscles and increased balance and agility? Try a weekly Yoga class or, if you're a beginner, or it's hard to move, try a Simple Yoga class. It's the best de-stressing and anti-aging exercise there is!

Active Wellness
Know what to do but not doing it? Unfortunately it is easier to know what to do than to actually do it! That is why a supportive group, where everyone is trying to achieve the same goals, can be so motivating. Each 2-hour class includes 1-hour of exercise (cardiovascular training, weight training, and stretching) followed by a 1-hour meeting with your group for motivation and education on the many facets of wellness.
