Medical Weight Management Programs
Whether you have 5 pounds or over 500 pounds to lose, we have a program for you. We offer a Full and Modified Full Fasting Program, a Partial Fasting Program and a Slim Down Program. All our programs are available in Spanish and we have a special program for teens, 15-19 years.
Full and Modified Full Fasting Program - If you choose the Full and Modified Full Fasting Program you would use OPTIFAST 70 liquid meal replacements to facilitate weight loss. On the Full Fast your food plan would use OPTIFAST meal replacements exclusively and on a Modified Full Fast your food plan would be a combination of OPTIFAST meal replacements and one small, self-prepared meal. Typically, people on the Full Fast or the Modified Full Fast weight loss plans lose between three and five pounds a week.
Partial Fast Program - If you choose this program you lose weight using a combination of OPTITRIM meal replacements and a self-prepared or a commercially pre-prepared meal each day to lose weight. Men typically lose 3-4 pounds a week on this plan and women 1-2 pounds.
Slim Down Naturally Full Food Program - The program uses a food plan called Volumetrics™, which teaches you to choose nutrient rich foods that curb hunger and cravings. The plan enables you to eat more food and fewer calories, but feel satisfied. The program includes practicing meditation exercises that will help you to manage stress, visualize success, and build relaxation techniques. Practicing these techniques enables you to stop mindless/stress eating and truly enjoy your food. Group sessions also include strength and muscle toning exercise sessions designed to help increase your body’s metabolic rate and weight loss. Typical weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. Slim Down Naturally does not require medical appointments to begin. $200 (includes program materials.)

Health educators teach nutrition, fitness, and behavior modification skills you need to develop new and lasting health habits. Most importantly, our experienced staff will help you identify underlying mental and emotional issues that drive over-eating and hinder long term success. After you have lost your excess weight, our programs provide long-term maintenance support to help you keep on track and stay motivated.
